Bio-C Repair - A New Bioceramic Material for Root Perforation Management: Two Case Reports

Abstract These case reports aimed to describe the management of lateral perforation in middle cervical third root two maxillary incisors with pulp canal calcification using Bio-C Repair, safe and viable clinical treatment strategies. Digital radiographic exams were obtained different angles analyzed filters. Cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) images requested show actual position canal, location perforation, guide strategic planning case. Subsequently, cavity access was prepared aid dental operating microscopy. After identified, granulation tissue removed original identified then dressed calcium hydroxide. In second visit, filled Repair system gutta-percha points a sealer (Bio-C Sealer). The teeth restored glass fiber post, 4 mm beyond level, provisory crowns. Both treated as described above functional asymptomatic 1-year assessment. is suggested new cement option for perforations, effective results observed after one-year follow-up.
